1.
Use the "line spacing" icon (only available for mac), and then write
1’’.

Write your name.
3.
Click enter,
then write the instructor’s name.
4.
Click enter
again, and write your class (7A,8A)
5.
Write the date
of when you create this paper.
6.
Click enter again.
7.
Click the "center text" icon, to make the writing in the middle, and
then write your title of essay.
8.
Click the enter
button again.
9.
Begin your
paragraph one double spaced line below the title in the center. (begin the
paragraph ½’’ tab indent). The heading of the paper will be on the upper left
corner.
10.
Use 1’’ tab indent using the icon "line spacing" (only available for mac) all around.
11.
Double space every single
thing that you write including blocked quotes.
12.
Do not justify the right margin.
13.
Only
the first page should include the whole heading and title unless you are asked
to make a title page or cover page so that you don’t need to replicate the
title and heading information.
14.
All margins, top, bottom, left and right
should be 1’’ throughout the whole paper.
15.
Use a 12 point
font, either arial or times new roman, stay out of using decorative fonts.
16.
On the next page use the "line spacing" icon (only for mac) and type ½’’ then click
enter and press the "align text right" icon then type your last name and the page number.
17.
All the text on these pages should be double
spaced, including blocked quotes.
18.
Paragraphs should be separated by a single
space not extra.
19.
When you write a person’s quote, make sure to
use the right source, with a research.
20.
For the third
page, instead of using the full heading, use a header in the upper right
corner, your last name and page number.
21.
Don’t ever add
extra spaces between words. Only use 2 spaces.
22.
Use the "line spacing" icon and press ½’’.
23.
Then type your
last name and the page number.
24.
Use the "line spacing" icon and then click 1’’.
25.
Click the "center text" icon and then write the title.
26.
Click enter and
then just write the content.
27.
Do the same for
the rest of the pages if there are lots of members in your group.
