Week 5, Class 1

This day is more different than any other days. Today, our schedule is really packed, there is supposed to be 3 teachers teaching the team, but only 1 teacher teaches the team, because there is not enough time.
  1. Today we talk about the " Did the revolution made France a farrier country?" We also talk about the declaration of the rights of man and we discussed about the articles, the articles are quite long and some how hard to understand.
This is Mr. Rick teaching the class.

There was no regular class check, so our money for the pizza party is comming very slowly. :(     But anyways, History was fun.

While Mr. Rick lectures the class, the whole class takes notes in Section 1 of their coursework file.

This is the class taking notes.

This is our team member taking notes.

After Mr. Rick is done lecturing, he ask us to research on "Myanmar", but the whole class thought that it was My an Mar, which doesn't make sense, so Mr. Rick Spelled out the word. Then the class understands.

Only our team got the research done, and we shout out: " The Iron Lady!"

This is our research.

2. There are lots of discussions today, but there are not much BHQ (Big Hairy Questions) coming up, because the Powerpoint was clear. The topic for today is " Did the Revolution made France a farrier country?" We talked a lot for this specific topic.

The Bill of rights was created in 1789. It goes like this:

  • Everyone is equal.
  • We are different in economic stuff, but same in personal appearance.
  • principal of all sovereignty.
  • Sovereign resides in nation, not in people.
  • No one have authority.
  • Of the people, by the people and for the people.
  • Freedom is to do anything you want, as long as it doesn't invade the rights of others.
  • law is something to protect the people from getting their rights lost.
  • Rules are made by the people and it is applied for the people.
  • Law shall provide punishment.
  • all people are innocent, unless they are proven guilty.
  • People need to be proved that they are guilty in court, unless you are proved innocent.
  • You are free to make jokes and stuff, but you can't offend anyone.
There are more of these bill of rights, but we can't mention it all, because the whole page will be filled with this stuff, but anyways....

3.  Then there was teaching, there are supposed to be 3 teachers teaching today, 2 teachers from last week, and 1 teacher from today's lesson, Mr. Rick plans that he will ask the 3 teachers to teach for today, but only 1 teacher teach the team, which is the 1st teacher of last week, because we don't have enough time.

This is the teacher for last week, but thought for this week.

She prepared the presentation quite okay, she is just in time for the maximum, which is 15 minutes, well, maybe a bit lesser.

The rest of the team take notes on section 2 of their coursework file.

After the teacher is done teaching the team, everyone come together and make the scorings of the teacher in the LDL scorecard.

This is one of the member of the team making a slight change in the scorecard, because she don't agree with the results.

4. What we can do better next time is that we can be more diligent in writing the notes, so that we can get more information.
