Week 5, Class 2

Today is super different from the other days, today we are supposed to have team presentations, but Mr. Rick doesn't come because he needs to go to the doctor, and according to Mr. Makala, he was sick, so our team presentations will be postponed for next week.

1. Mr. Rick didn't come to school today, so we work on our team presentations and edit them a bit.

Mr. Makala, our worldview teacher replaced Mr. Rick, because he is sick, and he ask each of us to teach the team about the History topics, and so we did, but there isn't enough time to make a new one, so we use our old ones. Only some members get the chance to teach the team, because we only have 50 minutes to do the teachings.

2. There are very many discussions today, because all we did for today is to teach and discuss. We talked about the changes in France and was France well governed before the French Revolution.

Changes in France:

• France before was a monarchy
• The growth of industry and the rise of the middles classes cause the social changes.
• Increasing poverty was happening.
• 1789, 90% of the people in France are poor.
• The economical changes was caused by the attempting to tax the nobles.
• The growth of ideas caused the intellectual changes.

There are more, but I can't write them all down here, because it would make the place very full.

Was France well governed before the French Revolution:

• 1774, Louis the 16th became king.
• Louis married Mary Antoinette.
• Mary Antoinette was gossiped that she bought a necklace that was very expensive, had many lovers, running on the court.

There are lots more, but I won't mention them here, because it would somehow ruin our team presentations later on.

3. The only activity that we did was the teaching, for others to take notes, and listen to prepare for the team presentations next week. 

4. On what we can do better next time, we have to be more active in class.
